During the winter months in New York City I let my running routine go. I completely stopped running. I was only practicing yoga and jumping on my rebounder. Then, just when the weather got better in late February, I started having back trouble. In March my back got worse and I stopped working out completely. So here I am in late April, not exercising at all! I'm using this 30BaD post for support and inspiration to get outside and exercise daily. I will log my training as I go. It's mostly yoga, running, dancing, jumping, strength-training and powerwalking when things are in full swing. I invite you to use this post as your daily log too. Your energy would be of great help to me and to the rest of the 30BaD members. -Let's sweat! ;D)

Maybe total time for walking and a little running was 75 minutes.

Do seeds cause problems too? I have only been doing sesame seeds, hemp seeds and today I'm going to try young coconut. I am not sure even how much fat that has lol.

Chel, this is a topic that really hits close to home. If you need any experience stories, I'll gladly share mine. I don't really tend to be public about my troubles with ED, but this could really help a lot of people. (I'll send you a pm with the ...
